going in, I was a little skeptical of lasting 90 minutes in the float tank. I didn’t think I would be able to last the whole time. To my amazement, the 90 minutes, went by like a snap of the fingers. I had a life altering experience, that float not only relaxed my body for the entirety of the float but carried over for the majority of the day. My body was at complete ease, my mind was shifted and my spirit was changed. I know that I have become instant advocate for floating. It was unreal. it was honestly better than any massage I have gotten. Stephen was top tier at making us feel right at home, the whole ambiance of the spa was gorgeous and now thanks for my best friend who took me there I am now hooked. 10/10 life changing experience I will be back for future sessions. Thank you 🙏

The float tank and ante room are lovely, clean, and appropriately appointed (although I’d prefer 2 towels instead of 1 — not worth a whole star.). I don’t want to go on about floating too much—try it if you haven’t already. Most importantly, the service at Ripple is upbeat, thoughtful, and considerate. Floating is so out of the ordinary (for me), but I was immediately put at ease by the attendant who thought of everything when I came in and was a gentle guide though the spa to my —room. Also, the product available are wonderful. The body was refreshing, but not harsh, shampoo and conditioner left may hair clean and shinty, and the lotion was wonderful on my arms and legs. It was a pleasure relaxing in the post float room getting ready to transition to the real world before I had to leave. I’ve had wonderful float experiences at Ripple, and encourage anyone to go.

We had a great first time visit to Ripple Float and Wellness! My husband and I decided to book a float and sauna package for our anniversary on Monday and it was such a relaxing and unique experience. Stephen was incredibly friendly, helpful and it was good vibes all around at this place. If you're on the fence about trying the float tank, I highly recommend it. I happened to book our float during a time of the month I tend to feel more anxious and tense and I felt like the float definitely contributed to the sense of calm I felt for days afterward. I wear an Oura ring and even that showed that my level of physiological stress was at the absolute lowest point the day of my float and following it. We will definitely be back! :)

Such a beautiful, clean, and zen environment. My friend and I were greeted by Stephen, and he explained all the details of the float tanks. Stephen was very professional, friendly, and made us very comfortable. It was my friend’s very first time using the float tank and he was blown away at how relaxing the experience was. Definitely will be going back!

Ripple Float is a beautiful relaxing spa haven located next to the Omni Hotel in downtown New Haven. My mother and I went there during the weekend of my sister's graduation from Yale's School of Management(Go Bulldogs!). We booked while we were in Philly for our layover and had trouble scheduling online so we called the office. Olivia immediately scheduled us for a full spa day on Sunday and then we decided to do a separate float on Friday before dinner. Olivia was so kind and happy to help us. When we arrived on Friday we were greeted by Jade to prepare for our float session to sign our waivers. We were taken to a beautiful room with cozy blankets, salt lamps and calming lighting to begin our journey. After watching the informational video for our float session, Jade walked us back to the our separate rooms. The space was so clean and welcoming. We each had our own individuals rooms with a shower, float bath, robe, slippers and toiletries. It was an expectational experience. When we came back on Sunday for our full spa day which included a 3 min cryotherapy session, 1 hour float, 1 hour massage with Jalisa and Stephen followed by an hour sauna session. The deep tissue massages by Stephen and Jalisa were otherworldly. I usually ask for a deep tissue massage but never felt that folks were able to get deep enough, this was not the case. Both my mother and myself felt that every knot we had in our bodies was released and cared for during our session. There were multiple times I felt that multiple hands were on me though it was Stephen and my mom felt the same way with Jalisa. All staff at Ripple Float ensured we were comfortable, hydrated with their many free selections of tea, water and kombucha (available for purchase). We are both looking forward to returning for another full spa day when we are back in the city.

What a unique and relaxing experience! The facility was beautiful and clean. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and very friendly. I strongly recommend making a trip here.

I went for a float today & it was wonderful! Friendly staff, Steven was great, helpful, & explained everything very well. I’m shocked at how low their prices are, easily 1/2 of what I’ve seen elsewhere. We’ll be back for the $199 package that includes all 4 services! Amazing!

I honestly wasnt overly impressed at first. Though it was too long. Neat to try but too long. Then things changed. I laid down in bed just to watch a movie and was out in 2 minutes and slept for 12 hours. Some of the best sleep I have ever had. We will be back for sure. Great way to truly relax.

we did a tandem float, massage, and infrared sauna. what a wonderful experience! ripple staff was so kind and conscientious, everything was immaculately clean, and stephen gave me the best deep tissue massage. from booking to end of day the entire staff/experience was absolutely perfect. will definitely be getting a subscription and i cannot wait to go back. this is a truly unique place.

I am expecting my first child and my coworkers got my husband and I a gift card for a tandem float. I have too much anxiety and that just was not for me so I called Ripple and talked to Stephen and he said I could switch to something else which I really appreciated. So when I was 35 weeks pregnant when I decided to get a prenatal massage. I have gotten a massage 2 other times in my life and had horrible experiences. I am super sensitive and am not generally someone who even likes to be touched like that but I had the gift card and really wanted to try to relax my body before baby comes. Jalisa was super sweet and assured me she would be gentle and to please communicate with her throughout if I was not comfortable. Let me tell you this woman has magic hands and I have never been so relaxed. I wish I could bring her with me to the hospital. Just wow. Everyone, especially pregnant women, should go and see her because she was absolutely incredible. If I could, I would go see her once a week. Will definitely be going back again soon though! The whole process at Ripple was easy and smooth and all staff were lovely. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!!
